Regarding planning. In around 90% of cases planning approval will be required for your new American Barn, although sometimes you can build stables in your garden without it and in many areas of the country, you can erect mobile buildings without requiring planning approval.
We recommend considering discussing things with an equestrian planning consultant or equestrian architect about any potential planning issues.

For base work, we will liaise closely with your builder giving base drawing and specification for the base requirements and any issues regarding drainage etc. Additional talk grilles can be put into the internal partitions and anti-weave grills are an additional extra which can be fitted to either front or back doors.
The erection of the building on site will be undertaken by our dedicated and experienced staff normally taking 3 to 5 days depending on the size of the project. Once our team has finished on site you can arrange for any electrics and plumbing you may require.
Although the loose boxes are fully lined in 15 OSB we offer the option of an additional 6mm Stokbord kick board to 1.2m high. We would recommend that wash down areas in American Barns be fully lined in 6mm Stokbord to offer water protection.
